Since 2002 I have been supporting IT projects in banking and financial services, aviation, logistics and media — with onsite and offshore teams.
I have guided transformations such as Shift Left and Model Based Testing in teams.

Outside of IT, my favourite place to be is on stage with my band.
I'm a Quality Evangelist. Or to put it simply: the person who waves the quality flag.
For me, quality isn't something you test into a project at the end. Good quality starts from the beginning. It starts where people do the right things together at the right time.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every team, every problem and every project needs an approach that truly fits. Sometimes that means finding pragmatic new ways forward. And sometimes it means consistently following clear guidelines — especially in regulated environments.
It's not just processes, tests or methods that matter to me. I'm most interested in the people behind the software. Good collaboration, shared understanding and the courage to actively shape quality — these are often what make the decisive difference.
I work professionally, but accessibly. I'm happy to roll up my sleeves, work directly with the team and tackle things where they're needed most.
In the end, I don't just want to ensure quality. I want to make software and collaboration better — together.
